The valuation will be based on many years of experience in this industry. We can usually qualify our figures by offering comparisons of rents received for similar properties in the past and better still, for properties that we are currently managing.

At the time of our inspection we will advise you of any work that is required to bring the property up to a good standard.

It is a false economy to economize on any decorations, carpets or levels of cleanliness.

If your property is presented to its highest standard, it will generally secure a very good tenant, a tenant who is more likely to care for your home and a tenant who will probably stay for a longer period of time.

A continuity of a tenant means a continuity of rental payments; we aim to secure occupancy of eleven out of twelve months.There is always seasonal variation in demand, but again good homes are always in demand.
