It is important to note that whilst the objective may be to secure a tenancy quickly, we believe it is vital to invest time at the start of the process and strive to find the right tenant for the property.
Our office is a prominent double fronted building on the northern end of the High Street, each property listing is featured in the window and on the internal display of the office.
Our Lettings Register is an A4 sized listing, showing current and available properties that is given to all enquirers at our office. This is also faxed UK wide. Each listing contains a quick overview of the available properties and a corresponding photograph of the related property.
In all cases we seek to match the right tenant to their specific property.
