Our marketing strategy can take many forms:

As the leading letting agent in the area, most prospective tenants will at some stage arrive on our doorstep. We estimate in receiving between four to five hundred enquiries a month.

In addition we advertise on the front page of the lettings section of the North Yorkshire News. This is the area�s local paper and is distributed on a weekly basis and regularly features editorial write ups of individual properties.

Country properties are advertised when appropriate through the Darlington and Stockton Times, the Northern Echo and the Evening Gazette.

We are proud of our internet page, which is run from our offices and is constantly updated with any new instructions.

Our office is prominent double fronted building on the northern end of the High Street, each property listing is featured in the window and on the internal display of the office.

Our Lettings Register is an A4 sized listing, showing current and available properties that is given to all enquirers at our office. This is also faxed UK wide. Each listing contains a quick overview of the available properties and a corresponding photograph of the related property.

In all cases we seek to match the right tenant to their specific property.

The wrong type of tenant can result in a costly headache for the future.

Just because the property is vacant, does not mean that we will send any prospective tenant there. The tenant must be right for the property and must meet the high standards that we have set ourselves.
