Landlord Payment - Services
- Rental due dates are usually based on the date the tenant moved in, unless otherwise agreed.
- We use a specialized management system which automatically transfers funds to the landlord’s nominated account.
- The management system can be used to deduct payments for contractors from rental payments, minimising the need to have additional funds readily available for maintenance and repairs.
- Monthly rental statements are issued to a nominated email account e.g., landlord or direct to landlord’s accountant.
- A mobile app is also available for landlords on which they can get real time account visibility.
